Studi uses AI to generate study materials. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, medical, legal, or academic advice. You are responsible for verifying important facts before relying on generated content for exams or coursework.
Some features require a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are handled according to Stripe's policies and applicable law. See Stripe's terms for payment processing details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STUDI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STUDI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Studi AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO SAFEGUARD CREDENTIALS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $100 USD.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at legal@studi.ai. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator in San Francisco, California. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding. You waive any right to a jury trial.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
